Founder development sits at an intersection no single discipline covers. Business strategy without the human behind it produces plans that never ship. Personal development without the business produces insight that never earns. This work holds both, deliberately, drawing on four sources.

Everything here stays anchored to your numbers: pricing, offers, pipeline, team, margin. Energy work that cannot be traced to a business outcome is not part of this engagement. The measure of a closed leak is a decision made, a price raised, an offer shipped.

Psychology and human behavior
The patterns that run founders, over-control, caretaking, difficulty receiving, saying yes and resenting it, are behavior, not character. Behavior can be seen, named, and changed. And confidence here is built the way psychology says it actually forms: through evidence collected from your own record, not affirmations repeated at a mirror.

The oldest operating manual for people carrying weight. What can I change, what must I accept, what do I need to leave: the Choice Audit at the center of this work is Stoicism translated into founder behavior. The goal is not eliminating fear or doubt. It is making sure difficult emotions no longer get an executive vote.
