Think clearly
about AI.
Before you install anything.

Six executive education workshops on AI as business infrastructure. Delivered live for leadership teams who want their next AI conversation to be a strategic one, not a tools demo.

These are the standalone briefings. They stand on their own. No commitment to anything else implied or required.

The Position

Most AI training teaches your team prompts. These workshops install governance, architecture, and clarity in the order that actually works inside a real business.

Six workshops, in installation order.

Each one stands alone. Each one produces a working artefact, not a slide deck. Pricing assumes corporate delivery, up to 25 attendees, with materials licensed for internal reuse afterwards.

01

The Operating System of the Decade

Why service businesses are about to bifurcate, and which side yours lands on.

Executive Briefing 60 minutes Strategic Frame

The category-creation session. We draw the line between AI tools and AI operating systems and show why every service business will run on one within 24 months.

Designed for leadership teams who need to align on a strategic frame before the implementation conversation begins.

Leaves the room with a single shared definition of what AI infrastructure actually means for your firm.

02

The End of Generic

Why mass content is finished, and what replaces it.

Marketing Leadership 60 minutes Live Demo

Personalization is no longer a marketing tactic. It is the new default. We dismantle the broadcast model and demonstrate, live, what an intelligence brief generated from one URL actually produces.

For CMO teams whose content output has plateaued despite increased volume.

A working personalization system your team can begin operating the same week.

03

The Folder Is The Business

Why architecture matters more than the tool on top.

Operations Leadership 90 minutes Working Session

Most companies sit on 15 to 40 active subscriptions, paying for databases, interfaces, and the integrations between them. We replace that stack with file-based architecture that AI can read and write to directly.

For COOs and IT leaders rationalising the SaaS portfolio.

A documented blueprint for your firm as a directory structure, not a tool inventory.

04

Your First 45 Minutes with Cowork

A hands-on session that turns AI from chat into deliverables.

All Staff 45 minutes Hands-On

Every attendee leaves having connected a folder, run a real task, installed a skill, and identified the workflow they will operate within 24 hours. No theory, no slides between demos.

Designed for broad deployment across teams who need to move past prompt-and-paste workflows.

Adoption, measurable inside the first week.

05

Skills Are The New Unit of Work

How to stop re-explaining yourself and start compounding expertise.

Knowledge Workers 60 minutes Live Build

Re-prompting is the new manual labour. Skills are the way out. We build one live, in under seven minutes, then walk through the five categories your firm should package first.

For teams whose institutional knowledge currently lives in conversations and Google Docs nobody reads.

One working Skill, plus the framework to build the next twenty.

06

Connecting Your OS

MCP as the architectural decision before it is a technical one.

Leadership + IT 2 × 60 minutes Architect + Build

Connecting AI to your CRM, calendar, email, and payment systems without governance is exactly the careless growth we stand against. Part one architects every connection. Part two installs the first one, fully scoped.

For firms preparing to extend AI roles into the live business stack.

A complete Connection Map plus one governed connection running in production.

All six, delivered as one engagement.

The full curriculum, sequenced and delivered over a 6 to 12 week window. Each session anchors to the previous one, so leadership teams move from strategic frame to working installation without losing thread between sessions.

  • All six workshops, delivered live by Suzanne
  • Pre-session intelligence briefs tailored to your firm
  • Recorded sessions, licensed for internal reuse
  • Workshop artefacts in your brand and voice
  • Post-session integration calls between workshops
  • One executive debrief with your leadership team

Two ways to consume the work.

Both formats produce working installations, not theoretical understanding. The choice depends on whether you want Suzanne in the room or your own people facilitating from her materials.

i

Live Delivery

Suzanne facilitates, in person or virtual.

The standard engagement. Suzanne arrives prepared with intelligence briefs on your firm, runs the session against your live operations, and leaves working artefacts behind.

  • Pre-session discovery and tailoring
  • Live facilitation with your leadership team
  • Recorded for internal distribution
  • Working artefacts produced in session
  • Post-session integration support
ii

Licensed Delivery

Your team facilitates, using Suzanne's materials.

For firms with internal learning and development capacity. Full workshop packages including decks, facilitator scripts, demo prompts, and workbooks. Train-the-trainer session included.

  • Complete workshop materials, white-labelled
  • Facilitator scripts with timing and demos
  • One train-the-trainer session per workshop
  • Annual update license
  • Office hours for facilitator questions

For leadership teams that want a clear-headed conversation about AI.

The workshops are not training. They are working sessions. The room leaves having decided something, designed something, or installed something. Leadership teams that book them tend to share one trait: they would rather think clearly for a day than implement quickly for a quarter.

  • i

Executive teams aligning on AI strategy

Leadership groups that need a single shared frame before deciding what to fund, who owns it, and what good looks like.

  • ii

Functional leaders evaluating where to start

CMOs, COOs, CFOs and CROs who know AI matters but want a clean read on which workflows to touch first inside their function.

  • iii

    Boards and advisory groups

Peer groups, mastermind cohorts, and advisory boards looking for a calm, structured briefing rather than a hype-driven keynote.

  • iv

    Firms preparing to install

Companies who already know they want to build something, but want their leadership properly oriented before any contracts get signed.

Thirty-eight years building businesses. Sixteen years coaching them.

Suzanne Taylor-King runs these workshops the same way she runs strategy rooms with her clients. Less theory. More installation. The room leaves with something working, not something to remember.

  • i

    Operator before consultant

Every workshop is built from the inside of real businesses. The frameworks are battle-tested, not theoretical.

  • ii

    The adult in the room

No hype. No urgency theatre. Workshops are calm, structured, and respectful of the time of the people in the room.

  • iii

    Working artefacts, every session

Every workshop produces something tangible the leadership team can act on the same week. Slides do not count.

Why I built this system.

After thirty-eight years as an entrepreneur and sixteen years coaching high-performing founders, I have worked with over six hundred entrepreneurs across every industry imaginable.

In the last two years alone, I have AI-enabled one hundred and fifty businesses. And I noticed a pattern.

The businesses that scaled were not the ones with the most AI tools.

They were the ones who installed a system. A way of thinking, deciding, and executing that could be replicated without the founder being in every decision.

Most founders were drowning in fragmented platforms, inconsistent messaging, and tools that promised leverage but delivered chaos.

So I built what they actually needed: an operating system that captures founder intelligence, encodes their worldview, and executes with the precision of a disciplined team.

One workshop. The full bundle. Either way, the room leaves with something working.

Send a short note about your team, the question you want answered, and the format you have in mind. Suzanne will reply with a recommendation, not a sales sequence.
